Axis Builders teamed up with Ray + Hollington Architects on this $2.4 million renovation project at St. John Lutheran Church, which included demolition and build-back, updated finishes, casework, metal wall panels, kitchen renovation, and restroom modifications. The project scope also included flooring, drywall patching, acoustical, paint, and wall removal. Additional work included a 50,000-square-foot concrete parking lot expansion, including storm, detention site lighting, and landscaping.
