Axis Builders in conjunction with Mark Todd Architects were blessed with the opportunity to build back the existing 30-year-old student building that flooded due to an existing fire sprinkler pipe freezing. The scope of the work included reconfiguring walls to create a new lobby/ check-in area featuring a new check-in desk, reconfiguring the existing restroom to comply with ADA standards, updating the finishes throughout & installing casework throughout as required. Additional scope included bringing the existing electrical & fire alarm system up to current code as well as miscellaneous exterior repairs. The project was completed in February ’23.
