Axis Builders teamed up with Studio Red Architects on the amenity center for the Master Plan Community of Pecan Ridge, located in Fulshear, TX.
The Pecan Ridge Amenity Center project features four individual buildings including a Activity Center, Recreation Center, Pool Building & Mechanical Building. The 2,300 sqft Activity Center features a full-size fitness center, child playroom & restrooms. The 2,100 sqft Recreation Center offers a pre-function space, large meeting room & catering kitchen. The Activity & Recreation Center buildings along with the Pool Building are Pre-Engineered metal buildings with standing seam roofs & cementitious plank & batten cladding on steel studs. The Mechanical Building is wood framed with a standing seam roof & cementitious plank & batten cladding.
Interior finishes include LVT flooring, wood base, textured epoxy resin floor, engineered stone countertops, accent wall painting, vinyl wall covering.
Additional exterior features include a resort-style pool with a 2-story waterslide, playground, and activity lawn with shade structures.
