Red Architects, Axis Builders worked on the renovations and repurpose of the (+/- 1,800 sqft) Level 1 & Level 2 of the EDOT headquarters located in downtown Houston. The Level 2 scope of work included the demolition of existing offices to create a new Gathering space with Coffee bar, collaborative Workspace, and shared Offices. Additional work included updates to lighting throughout, miscellaneous HVAC and replacing the flooring in the Corridors on Level 1 & Level 2 of this unique downtown commercial building.
