In addition to other architectural elements. New millwork was installed in the prep area and sim lab with waterfall edge solid surfacing. MEP upgrades included providing a new fire sprinkler system, new Roof Top HVAC unit to serve the space, new LED lighting & electrical as well as a state-of-the-art AV System in the classrooms with floor data and electrical for each pair of desks & automatic projector screens for each row.
