Axis Builders implements strict safety standards that are present in our daily activities. As residents of the communities we build in, we take safety seriously as we are building for our neighbors and want every client, subcontractor, and employee to be safe and secure at all times. Experience has taught us that applying these standards protects life and well-being, as well as the integrity of the project.
We ensure construction site safety by individual project evaluation, in addition to reviewing our safety program annually, making updates and adjustments as regulations change or best practices are developed.
All Axis Builders field employees are OSHA 30 hour certified and required to complete specific job site safety orientation, along with weekly site safety meetings. Furthermore, a dedicated safety coordinator is assigned to each project to guarantee 100% compliance throughout the life of the project.
Axis Builders also retains on contract a third-party safety consultant that performs regular site safety inspections, OSHA compliance audits, incident investigations, and safety training.
