This $1.1 million 3.5 acre site development was done in partnership with Atkinson Engineers. This new construction project included the development of new office buildings for the master planned Gleanloch Forest Business Park. The scope of work included clearing the site, site pad development, amending soils, utility connections concrete paving, sidewalk continuation, specialty paving, site lighting, and landscaping. This was an exciting project that will serve the needs of the community well in the years to come.
