GBP Business Park is a 30-acre site located in north Houston off of I-45. The project included site development consisting of extensive earthwork in preparation for a future business park, underground utilities, detention, and paving. This unique project will be exciting to see as it develops into a great asset that will serve our business community well for decades to come.
